SAP Workflow Admin Manager

MentorWorks Education Capital, a workforce development company, is looking for a SAP Workflow Admin Manager to join one of our employer partners. Candidates will be screened by the MentorWorks team. If selected, the candidate will move on in the process to our employment partner.

SAP Workflow Admin Manager

Level: Mid - Senior (minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required)

Contract period: 1yr

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (must be able to work on-site, not negotiable)

Korean/English Bi-lingual is not required but highly preferred

Job Description

  • Create and manage systemic workflow process
  • Manage system integrity, security, and controls, provide oversight in the areas of data governance and compliance such as GPPM
  • Support for SAP Workflow related questions and setting
  • Handle incoming customer/associate relations calls
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ensure that policies & procedures are continually reviewed & kept up to date
  • Oversee and provide support, end-to-end finance system administration, & issue triage/remediation
  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives as part of the finance & logistic system
  • Provide financial reporting, system support, and training for assigned Power users
  • Perform various reconciliations between systems and identify, communicate, and resolve data issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET support required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field
  • Strong analytical abilities and an orientation toward detail
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience in a functional finance (Accounting/Financial Planning) role
  • Self-motivated, demonstrates a high level of work ethics
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting working relationships while maintaining independence
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, and ability to work under time constraints
  • Experience managing internal control processes
  • Experience in a logistic role is highly preferred
